The JustFood team was in Phoenix, Arizona, last week for one of two regional User Conferences in 2017. Unlike events in the past, this year’s conferences were designed specifically for the end-users of the JustFood software with more hands-on training, in-depth learning sessions and one-on-one time with industry experts.

Forty JustFood customers flew from all over North America to the beautiful Arizona Biltmore hotel to take part in round table discussions, product roadmap sessions and JustFood University courses.

Day one began with an opening address by JustFood CEO David Pilz and keynote speech by SVP of Customer Success, Michael King. Customers were given a high-level overview of the various JustFood departments including marketing, which recently rolled out a new website and logo, and R&D who released JustFood 2017 a few weeks prior.

User Conference attendees were then given the opportunity to break out into one of two separate tracks, Business/Finance and Technical. Customers in the business and finance track took part in sessions like JF 101 and a Finance Round Table, while those in the technical track learned about JustFood 2017 Workflows and Mobililty.

Both tracks also included a JustFood University course, hands-on sessions where customers are given access to the JustFood database to work alongside instructors. This year, customers gained hands-on experience in Power BI Reporting, where they learned to create reports, dashboards and metrics, and Manufacturing, which focused on advanced routings, production scheduling and BOMs.

Following the first day of sessions, customers were invited to check out JF Café for some one-on-one time with JustFood technical, development and support experts. Here customers were given the opportunity to work directly with JustFood staff, have specific questions answered and learn about different features of the software.

The day finished with a beautiful customer appreciation dinner at Wright’s at the Biltmore.

Day 2 of the JustFood User Conference featured sessions like JustFood 2017 Workflows, Quality Management and a Manufacturing Round Table.

The JustFood team would like to thank all attendees for helping to make the first regional conference of 2017 a success.
